Week 9

 15/09/2025 to 20/09/2025

15/09/2025 - Today I had class on 9.D class. I taught types of covalent bonds.(Single bond, Double bond, Triple bond)  I moved through each type using examples. All of the students was to curious to know sharing of electrons in  different molecules. They were very active. For Review I used cards with questions. They participated in very well.

16/09/2025 - Today I had class on 9.D on third period. I taught covalent compounds. I used ICT to present the compounds to manage time. And presented characteristics using a slide. Review was done through ICT. So all of them showed interest in participating Review section. 

17/09/2025 Today was my observation day. I had 3 periods today. On 2nd period I taught the topic momentum. I used flash card, Newton's cradle and activity card to present the content. All of them showed interest in playing with Newton's cradle. And through that they all simply understood momentum and the factors affecting momentum. Then on next period I presented second law during the topic I felt they feeling difficult in derivations. They were little bit confused and I explained again. On next period (6) I presented electronegativity in 9.D class. my introduction was very effective in the class. It really helped to gather attention of students. All images and activity card helped in better understanding.

Due to k tet examination there was no regular class on 18/09/25 and 19/09/25.

On 20/09/25 There was remedial class for the holiday according to Thursday's time table. I had class on 9.A class on 3rd period and I presented impulsive force and impulse of force. I used videos to explain impulsive force. And I tried to connect it with real life through example that helped me to make it easy.

22/09/2025 to 26/09/2025

 This was the last week of Teaching practice phase 1. 

On 22/9/25 I reached school on 9.15 am. There was a special assembly helding there. Then on second period I got substitution in 9.A class I taught Newton's third law. I used my innovative model to present the law. The class was really engaging and active. Afternoon we served lunch for the students. Then we conducted poster making competition for high school students. This event showcased various creative talent of children. Then on last period I have class on 9.D class I taught the topic polar nature. Then after national anthem we went to home.

On 23/09/25 I reached school on 9.15 am in morning we collected certain details from the school for our works. On fifth period I had class ln 9.D class and I taught the topic valency there. 

On 24/09/2025 I reached school on 9.15 am. School nss unit was celebrating nss day today. There was flashmob helding at the school junction. Today our Physical education teacher prashanth sir visited us. Then after serving lunch there are various programs are helding in relation with the nss day. We also participated in the drug awareness campaign and then after national anthem we went to home. 

On 25/09/2025 I reached school on 9.15 am. On third period I  conducted achievement test for my students. Then after lunch we had taken a class on first aid for 8th standard students. The students are very active and respondive throughout the session. Then after national anthem we went to home.

On 26/09/2025 was the last day of our teaching practice phase 1. On second period we discussed about communicable disease in class8. After that we conducted citizenship training program for 8th students. We discussed fundamental duties in the class. We used power point presentation to enhance the experience. The. We captured our memories then left to home
