And two members of a group were called to participate in this competition. Among them one will be the runner and the other will be the observer. The coordinators will show a random picture to the observer. He/or she has to observe it carefully and explain it to the runner without using gestures. The runner will hear the explanation from the observer and should explain it to his teammates using gestures. And the other teammates should draw a image based on the explanation from the observer. The team who managed to draw a picture which is more similar to the picture shown is considered to be the winner.

All the games were interesting enough to encourage even those who were left behind to come forward.

IMPACT AND EVALUATION

The capacity building program has a significant impact on us, fostering our personal, academic, and professional development. Through this program, we gain practical skills in critical areas such as problem-solving, communication, and leadership, which are essential for both academic success and career readiness. By connecting theoretical concepts to real-world applications, we become more engaged in our studies, enhancing both motivation and academic performance. The program also boosts our confidence, enabling us to approach challenges with a sense of empowerment and self-reliance. Additionally, it fosters a heightened awareness of social responsibility, encouraging us to actively contribute to our communities and adopt a mindset focused on making a positive societal impact. The only drawback felt was not being able to finish the program in time as it took longer time to prepare and start. But the uniqueness of the program managed to hold the audience for the whole time.

CONCLUSION

The capacity building program helped to know ourselves. It helped a lot in creating a sense of team spirit. The program really helped to improve concentration, observation, and creativity. Moreover, as a teacher student this program has given me some new methods for class room management, self-confidence, problem solving skill and self-reliance.
